Documentation: For certain situations like medical emergencies or technical issues, we may ask for supporting documentation to expedite your request.

Common Refund Scenarios

Course Credits: Instead of a cash refund, you might prefer credit toward future courses. Credits are valid for 12 months and can be used for any of our programs.

Military Deployment: Active military members who receive deployment orders after enrollment are eligible for full refunds or course postponement.
Job Loss: We offer payment plan modifications and, in some cases, partial refunds for students facing unexpected unemployment.
Course Prerequisites: If you enrolled in a course but lack necessary prerequisites we failed to clearly communicate, you're eligible for a full refund or transfer to an appropriate beginner course.
